Charge Entry

• Zyncorp's Medical Billing specialist's process charges for all specialties with good appropriate state and specialty rules.
• Trained in regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Third Party Liability, Workers Compensation, Preferred Provider Organizations, Indemnity Insurers.
• Paper and Electronic claims are sent daily. Electronic claims are submitted directly to: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield & most commercial insurance carriers.
• Zyncorp's Medical Billing performs Internal Quality Assurance at different levels to provide the high quality output.

» Charge Entry process

• Charge sheets are downloaded in 'tiff' or ‘PDF' format and saved with a specific batch number as provided by the client.
• After downloading the charge batches, each file is then printed and distributed to corresponding teams to enter charges in the client's Practice Management system.
• To ensure quality, we perform Quality Assurance at two levels:
  
  Individual
  
  Team
  
• A Query/Problem log is created on pending issues and forwarded to the Client.
• Client approval and addressing pending logs takes place.
• Trans-quest addresses the pending logs as per client's feedback.
• All documents are archived for a period 60 days (if necessary).
